Comprising all three architectural residences 1 Paradise Lane, Sunset Watch, and Sundowner, the estate transforms into a private retreat for up to 10 guests. Connected by winding native stone pathways, this is a sanctuary, where the rhythm of the day is dictated solely by your desires.

The Villa

Designed for grand gatherings and multigenerational retreats, the collection balances communal energy with individual sanctuary. With four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths spread across three separate villas, the layout allows guests to come together on the expansive rooftop decks and dining pavilions, yet retreat to their own private quarters when solitude is required. It is a modern tropical getaway, elevated to the level of a private domain.

The estate offers a landscape of abundance, featuring three gourmet kitchens, expansive alfresco living zones, and exclusive access to two distinct pools including the secluded plunge pool at Sundowner. Beyond the walls, the experience extends to a private access to the perfect stretch of secluded white sand beach of Nail Bay.
